PJSC «STALKANAT» produces steel fiber of different application by the diameter from 0.75
mm to 1.05 mm, length – 35mm, 50 mm or 60 mm.
Steel wire fiber is designed for dispersed concrete reinforcement (instead of rebar and welded
wire mesh), both in standard applications of steel fiber reinforced concrete and for reinforcing load-
bearing structures. The main areas of use: in the production of floors of industrial buildings, road and
airfield coatings, coatings for the mining industry, wall structures, reinforcing the foundations of roads,
underwater concrete structures, stabilization of slopes and much more.
Steel fiber is manufactured according to the European standard (EN 14889-1: 2006):
- from low-carbon wire without coating and galvanized with the following tensile strength:
– steel fiber diameters 0.75 ÷ 1.05 mm, steel fiber length 50mm / 60mm
– Grade 1 – 1150 MPa; Grade 2 – 1335 MPa; Grade 3 – 1550 MPa.
– Steel fiber diameter 0.9 mm, steel fiber length 60 mm:
– Grade 1 – 1250 MPa; Grade 2 – 1500 MPa.
– Steel fiber diametr 0.75 mm, steel fiber lenght 35 mm :
– Grade 1A – 1250 МPа and Grade 3B – 1650 MPa
- From high-carbon wire with the following tensile strength:
– Steel fiber diameter 0.75-1.05 mm, steel fiber length 50 mm / 60 mm: 1900 – 2300 MPa.
