QMS is an important tool of the company management system. The company is constantly implementing projects to optimize processes and introducing modern tools based on automation.
An effective company management system ensures stable operation, obtaining the expected
results and sustainable quality of products of the appropriate level.
At present, 2 international Standards are integrated into the Quality Management System: ISO 9001: 2015 and APIQ1 – Standard governing issues in the oil and gas industry.
PJSC “Stalkanat” is certified and successfully passes annual supervisory audits by the international certification body LLC “Bureau Veritas Certification Ukraine” for compliance with ISO 9001: 2015.
The process of continuous improvement of the QMS is ongoing.
The fact that the Company has an ISO certificate confirms that:
- the quality of products delivered to consumers is monitored both at the stages of production and by monitoring the output parameters of the finished product before shipment;
- areas of responsibility established by job descriptions; Compliance with production technologies is ensured through the use of external regulatory and internal technological documentation and is monitored by specialists of technical services within the areas of responsibility established by job descriptions;
- the products are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, as well as the states where the company supplies the products;
- the company staff has the qualifications that satisfy all the necessary requirements to fulfill their professional duties.
All these factors, as well as a strong regulatory framework of regulated processes ensure the release of high-quality products that meet the needs of the most demanding consumers for orders with specific conditions.
