The "Stalkanat" plant, with the support of the USAID "Competitive Economy of
Ukraine" Program, will have the opportunity to establish a corporate university
for employee training and development.
The project aims to enhance the qualifications of specialists, improve the
quality of production processes, and develop the company's human
resources. As part of this initiative, we will update training materials for cable
and wire drawing equipment operators, create modern instructional videos,
and organize training sessions for personnel in both working and engineering
specialties.
The corporate university will be a significant step toward further strengthening
our competitiveness. "Stalkanat" expresses gratitude to the USAID
"Competitive Economy of Ukraine" Program for their trust and support in
implementing this initiative aimed at human capital development and
sustainable production growth.
