Installation and commissioning of the third patenting unit №3

Dear colleagues and partners!

I am glad to announce good news in the life of the plant.

Despite the difficult period during the economic crisis in the country and in the world, we don’t stop at assimilating investments and increasing production volumes.

In July 2020, a new patenting unit for high-carbon wire with a capacity of 1500 tons per month was put into operation. This modern equipment provides the best processing quality for carbon wire rod used in ropes.

All stages of delivery to the plant and start-up of the unit were carried out by the specialists of our company! This is the selection of equipment with high performance, and the organization of delivery, and the preparation of the production site for installation with the manufacture of base with a length of 114 meters. At the same time, the thermal sections of the workhouse didn’t stop work for a minute.

Especially it should be noted the rather complicated installation and fettling , which we carried out without the presence of the equipment supplier’s specialists. Because of the virus pandemic, everything was done with help of electronic means of communication.
